The Single Stem Crystal Flower Vase draws from a vocabulary of restraint and quiet gesture. Originally designed for the Wiener Werkstätte, its form revisits classical proportions with softened intent—tapered yet open, refined yet unassuming. Mouth-blown in lead-free crystal, the vase invites a solitary bloom or stem into slow attention. It sits comfortably in both intimate and formal spaces, offering presence without excess—an understated frame for nature’s smallest ceremonies.
Founded in 1823, Lobmeyr has become synonymous with the artistry of crystal. Their legacy is preserved in 18 volumes of highly artistic production drawings, donated to the Museum of Applied Arts by Ludwig Lobmeyr in 1883 to support the glass industry. Today, Lobmeyr continues to blend tradition with innovation, creating pieces that transcend mere functionality to become works of art.
